The Data is processed at the Owner's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. Game backend servers and user data are hosted on Microsoft Azure, Italy / EU North region.

Anti-cheat and abuse prevention
To preserve the integrity of multiplayer matches and the leaderboards, we may temporarily store IP-derived rate-limit counters, device fingerprints (hashed installation ID), and timing data for individual game inputs. This processing is based on legitimate interest. Detected cheaters may be suspended or banned (temporarily or permanently). Bans may be applied at the nickname, device, or IP level.
Push notifications
This Application may send push notifications to the User to reach the purposes outlined in this privacy policy (e.g. match invites, new season starts, important announcements).
In most cases, Users can opt out of receiving push notifications by visiting their device settings, such as the notification settings for mobile phones, and then changing those settings for this Application, some or all of the applications on the particular device. Users must be aware that disabling push notifications may negatively affect the utility of this Application.
Match share pages
When you finish a match, the game generates a public share code (e.g. pitstreet.com/snake/share/abc12345). Visiting that URL displays the match summary (nickname, score, kills, duration). The data is fetched live from our backend and remains publicly accessible until the User requests deletion or the data is purged.

- Real name, date of birth, or government ID
- Biometric data (fingerprint, FaceID — beyond the OS auth flow which never leaves the device)
